SA999 Terms and Conditions – Rules, Policies & User Agreement

SA999 (referred to throughout as "SA999", "we", "us" or "the platform") operates an online casino and sports betting service accessible at sa999.click. The platform is operated for the entertainment of adult users in jurisdictions where online gaming is permitted.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between SA999 and every registered user ("you", "the player", "the account holder"). To open an SA999 account and use any part of the platform you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. SA999 is strictly an 18+ service and does not permit underage use under any circumstances.
• You must be registering as an individual acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative for any other person.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or close family member of an employee or contractor of SA999 or any affiliated entity.

• You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete registration information. Providing false information at registration is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

SA999 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point. This includes but is not limited to a copy of your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), proof of address, and documentation confirming the source of funds used on the platform. Accounts may be restricted pending completion of identity verification and SA999 shall not be liable for any inconvenience caused by verification delays attributable to the player failing to provide requested documentation promptly.

Your SA999 account is personal to you. The following rules apply to all registered accounts on SA999:

• One account only: SA999 allows one registered account per person. Attempting to open multiple accounts — whether under different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is a violation of these Terms and will result in all associated accounts being closed. Any balances across duplicate accounts will be forfeited.
• Account security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your SA999 login credentials. Never share your password with anyone. SA999 staff will never ask for your password. If you believe your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, contact SA999 support immediately.
• Accurate information: You must keep your registered contact details current and accurate. SA999 communicates important account information, including bonus notifications and payment confirmations, via your registered contact details.
• Non-transferability: SA999 accounts, balances, and bonuses cannot be transferred between players. Selling, gifting, or otherwise transferring an SA999 account to another person is prohibited.

The minimum single deposit on SA999 is Rs 200. There is no maximum single deposit limit for standard accounts, though SA999 may apply enhanced due diligence procedures for large deposits.

Deposits via mobile wallets (Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay) are processed instantly. Bank transfers via IBFT may take up to two hours to reflect depending on the sending bank's processing times. Card deposits are typically instant.

SA999 only accepts deposits from payment methods registered in your name. Depositing funds from a payment account belonging to another person is prohibited. Where third-party funding is identified, SA999 reserves the right to return the funds and close the account.

SA999 processes withdrawal requests in PKR to the same payment methods accepted for deposits. Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method registered in your name and previously used to fund your SA999 account, or as otherwise approved by SA999 support.

Withdrawal processing times on SA999 are as follows:

• Easypaisa / JazzCash / NayaPay / SadaPay: Typically within 15 minutes of request approval.
• IBFT Bank Transfer: Same business day for requests submitted before 9:00 PM PKT. Requests submitted after this time are processed the following business day.
• Visa / Mastercard: 1–3 business days depending on the issuing bank.

The minimum withdrawal amount on SA999 is Rs 500. SA999 does not impose a maximum withdrawal amount for legitimate winnings, though large withdrawals above Rs 500,000 may require additional identity verification before processing.

SA999 reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing where identity verification has not been completed, where suspicious activity has been flagged, or where a bonus wagering requirement has not been met. SA999 will notify the player of the specific reason for any withdrawal delay.

SA999 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to registered players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the time of the offer, which form part of these Terms by reference. The following general bonus rules apply across all SA999 promotional offers:

• Bonuses are available to one account per player, per household, and per IP address. Attempting to claim the same bonus from multiple accounts will result in all associated accounts being closed.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new SA999 registrations only. Players who have previously held an SA999 account are not eligible for new player offers.

Bonus abuse — including but not limited to using multiple accounts to claim the same offer, wagering in patterns designed to artificially meet wagering requirements, or colluding with other players on bonus strategies — is a violation of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any bonus-related balance.

The following rules govern all sports bets placed on SA999:

• Bet acceptance: All bets on SA999 are subject to acceptance by the platform. SA999 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its discretion without providing a reason.
• Minimum and maximum stakes: The minimum single bet on SA999 is Rs 200. Maximum stakes vary by sport and market type and are displayed on the SA999 bet slip at the time of placing.
• Odds changes: Live odds on SA999 update in real time. If odds change between placing a bet and SA999 confirming it, the player will be shown the updated odds before confirmation is required. SA999 is not responsible for any odds changes during this window.
• Void bets: SA999 may void a bet where the event is cancelled, postponed beyond 24 hours, or where there is a clear and obvious error in the published odds. Void bets return the stake to the player's SA999 balance.
• In-play betting: In-play bets on SA999 are subject to the live market rules for the specific sport. SA999 does not guarantee continuous in-play market availability and may suspend live markets at any time.
• Palpable errors: SA999 reserves the right to void bets placed on obviously incorrect odds (palpable errors). This includes cases where an odds entry error resulted in prices significantly deviating from the true market price.

SA999 does not manipulate game outcomes. The RTP (Return to Player) percentage for each game is displayed in the game information panel.

• Game rules for each title are accessible within the game interface before any bets are placed. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the rules of any game before wagering.
• Technical malfunctions — including connection interruptions during a game round — void the round in question and return the bet to the player's SA999 balance. SA999 is not responsible for losses arising from the player's own connection issues.

• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or verification.
• Using SA999 for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Depositing funds obtained through criminal activity or from payment methods not belonging to the registered account holder.

• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access SA999, place bets, or interact with casino games.
• Colluding with other players in poker or any other game where collusion affects outcomes.

• Threatening, abusing, or harassing SA999 staff or other players.

SA999 co-operates with law enforcement authorities and will provide relevant account and transaction information in response to valid legal requests. Where criminal activity is identified or suspected, SA999 will report the matter to the relevant authorities.

SA999 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time. Common reasons include but are not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activity.
• Player-initiated closure request (including responsible gaming self-exclusion).
• Legal obligation or regulatory requirement to do so.

In cases of account closure due to a player's breach of these Terms, SA999 reserves the right to retain the balance as compensation for administrative and investigative costs, in addition to forfeiting any bonus-related funds. In cases of closure not due to player breach, any genuine, wagered cash balance will be returned to the player via their original deposit method.

All content on SA999 — including the SA999 brand name, logo, game interfaces, website design, text, graphics, and software — is the intellectual property of SA999 or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any SA999 content for commercial purposes without prior written permission from SA999. Your right to use SA999's platform is a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for personal entertainment purposes only.

SA999 provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While SA999 makes every reasonable effort to ensure platform availability and accuracy, we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free service. SA999 shall not be liable for:

Nothing in these Terms excludes SA999's liability for fraud or any liability that cannot be limited by law.

Your continued use of SA999 after the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with updated Terms, you should close your SA999 account before the changes take effect.

These Terms, and any dispute arising from your use of SA999, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through SA999's customer support process shall be referred to binding arbitration before any other legal proceedings are commenced.
